The GEARS + Knowledge Hub Offer

The “Help Lou Fix The Roof” Sale

The letter below is to provide you the full picture of what the “Help Lou Fix The Roof” sale is all about. Let me start with what this really is, because the code is almost the smallest part of it.

The short version

I built two things. GEARS — which makes your brand discoverable to AI search engines. And a Knowledge Hub — which turns your ideas into published, optimized content while you sleep. I’m giving you both, the full source code, every update through December, a license to do almost anything you want with them, and me — working alongside you until the end of the year to make sure you can not only run them, but build things like them yourself.

The price is $2,500. Let me walk you through what’s actually inside that, because I want you to see it clearly before you decide.

GEARS — getting found in the AI era

You already know SEO. AEO — AI Engine Optimization — is the same game for AI search: Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers. The way those engines understand you is through schema — structured code embedded in your pages that tells them who you are and what you do.

GEARS builds a knowledge graph from your content and injects that schema automatically. It’s running right now on Cloudflare; several of you have already had your pages submitted through it. That’s the part that’s hard to hand-code and tedious to maintain. GEARS does it for you.

Here’s the part I want you to sit with: AEO right now is where SEO was a couple of years in. The small players can still grab a foothold. A year from now, the big money floods in and you can’t compete at that level. The window is open. It won’t stay open.

The Knowledge Hub — your content machine

This is the piece I keep getting most excited about.

You finish a conversation. You say “capture this.” And the system researches, writes, formats the page in a proper publishing framework, pushes it live, and injects the schema — automatically.

The content isn’t generic. It’s built from your knowledge graph, in your voice, around your expertise. It goes out and researches your ideal client, scopes the web for what’s working right now, comes back with ideas, and sharpens the graph. So what comes out the other end sounds like you and reflects what you actually live and teach. That’s the part that makes it authentic — and authenticity is the whole game.

If posting manually every day has become a grind — and for most of us it has — this is the thing that ends it. Document a breakthrough with a client → it becomes a script → the script becomes an article and a video (HeyGen, or hand someone a camera for an afternoon) → the page publishes optimized for the AI engines. One input, many outputs, all of it discoverable.

Be honest with yourself about what that’s worth. What does a month of done-for-you, on-brand, AEO-optimized content cost if you hire it out? Now make it push-button, forever. That alone pays this back, and you haven’t touched everything else in the offer yet.

What you actually receive

The part that’s worth more than the code

Here’s why I added the support, and why I think it’s the real value.

I’ll be working with you until the end of December. Installing it, yes. Fixing anything that breaks, yes. But more than that — I’m going to show you the actual process I use to build this stuff. The design, the strategy, how I set up Claude, how I engineer revisions and fixes. Not “here’s the app” — “here’s how you turn any idea you have into an app.”

I want us to do it as a small cohort. Same project, shared GitHub, sending each other pull requests, sharing skills, working as a team. Because there’s nothing — nothing — that teaches you like getting your hands dirty on real code alongside people doing the same thing.

And here’s my honest promise: I don’t care if you ever sell a line of this code. I want you to walk out of December able to build your own apps. Your own tools. Your own micro-SaaS. Someone in this group could come out of this having built the exact app they’ve been describing for months and offered it to their people. That’s the outcome I’m actually after.

Put a number on that. A 12-week course on how to build with AI — and that would be a generic group course, not customized to your business. This is entirely me and you. Whatever you need, I adapt it, I fix it, I document it. There are no coaching fees on top, no support fees, nothing after. My whole goal is to make you competent, confident, and independent — and then get out of your way.

And then there’s what you can do with it

I’m not going to oversell this, because I don’t have to. But the doors this opens are real:

In six months to a year, everyone’s going to be talking about this. Right now, you’d be early.

So, the math

Code + every update through December + a perpetual license to earn from it however you like + me, one-on-one, teaching you to build for yourself + a cohort to learn it in. For $2,500.

I had a genuinely hard time pricing this, because when I added up everything I’d want you to have to actually succeed, the honest number was much higher. But this is family. I built this work to be good, and I’d rather it be out in the world doing good than sitting on my desk. (And yes — full disclosure — it’s also helping me pay for the new roof. Call it the Fix-the-Roof Fund.)

Cohort timing

Since the real value here is working together as a hands-on cohort—getting our hands dirty on the code, learning from each other, sharing what we build…

I’d like everyone settled and on an orientation call by the week of June 19th. If you’re interested, please let me know as soon as you can so we can coordinate.

Offer availability

This offer expires at the end of our next AIMM meeting (June 11).
